A self-seeding annual, Dracopis amplexicaulis, commonly known as Clasping Coneflower, thrives in drought conditions and adds a burst of bright yellow blooms in late season. With its resilience and vibrant colors, this flower is a must-have for any wildflower garden.

This native coneflower is a nice fit for a garden in honor of St. Kateri Tekakwitha. The patron saint of Ecology. Feel her smile down on us as we rebuild our common homes for all of creation.
