The fuzzy ‘white’ leaves make this plant perfect for moon gardens and it has adorned many borders found on illuminated manuscripts of Europe.

Campion Rose excels in full sun and well-draining soils, thriving in conditions where many ornamentals struggle. Self-seeding freely, it naturalizes effortlessly in appropriate settings attracting bees and butterflies.

People have used their stems as wicks when in a pinch for candles.
