Morning Star Seeds is a narrative-based seed company rooted in Minnesota. We preserve the Church's floral traditions by cultivating monastic-style Mary Gardens inspired by the Middle Ages. Our mission is to rekindle beauty, symbolism, and faith through flowers; helping families, schools, and parishes rediscover the sacred garden tradition that once shaped Catholic culture.

Sower of Stories and Seeds

Kelly, an agronomy graduate of North Dakota State University, spent twenty years homeschooling her children-years that rekindled her love for the Middle Ages and the forgotten art of Mary Gardens.

She began collecting old Marian floral traditions and now blends faith, ecology, and art by hand-painting every seed packet with its story and meaning.
